In the event of any changes or cancellation a cancellation fee of 150 euro per person is charged.

1. If the participant cancels 60 days prior to departure date a full refund of all fees paid less the cancellation fee.
2. If the participant cancels between 30-60 days 75% of the full amount paid will be refunded less the cancellation fee.
3. If the participant cancels within 30 days of the departure date 50% of the full amount is refunded less the cancellation fee.
4. if the participant cancels with 15 days of the departure date unfortunately no refund can be given. 
5. We strongly advise that you have travel and health insurance in place before booking this workshop.

Please make sure that you have adequate travel insurance in place for flight cancellation, fees associated for cancellation of the workshop, medical and personal injury.
